Fixed: direction = the speaker's language (use ⇄ to flip). Auto: for mixed Q&A — speaker's English and an audience Korean question are each detected and translated the right way. Auto uses the two selected languages as the pair.

Tab/screen: Chrome will ask what to share — pick the tab (tick “Also share tab audio”) or the entire screen with “Share system audio” to capture the Zoom app.

Demo replays a scripted talk — show the director the on-screen look at no cost. “Start” listens to the microphone (requires keys in .env).
